RETURN POLICY

We will gladly accept your returns for exchange, refund or store credit within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in new condition (tags, packaging intact, unwashed and unworn, as well as smoke, deodorant and perfume free.)

Boots and shoes may be exchanged or returned only if the soles are unscratched and the boots are in as-new condition. When trying on boots and shoes, be sure to walk only in carpeted areas until you are sure that your boots fit correctly.

Due to changing inventory, we cannot guarantee an exchange.

If you make a purchase in store, and need a return by shipping, please

email lyoutfitters@localyocalfm.com for instructions on how to complete the return. We require that all tags from the store are attached and the receipt is returned with the package.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned: 

  • Items marked “Clearance”
  • American Hat Company hats
  • Undergarments
  • Swimwear
  • Custom creased or stretched hats 
  • Custom stretched boots
